Shipping & Delivery
1.What are the available shipping methods?
SKY-Lasers.com offers worldwide FREE Registered Airmail post shipping service and will charge according various cases via Express Shipping Service (EMS, DHL etc). 
P.S. live tracking numbers are only available for registered airmail, USPS, EMS, DHL etc.
2.How fast is Express Shipping Service?
While it generally takes 10 to 25 business days for airmail delivery, Express shipping service takes about 4 to 7 business days for most countries (including the US). Please note that processing and packaging time still apply. Please contact us if you are not sure that your address can be shipped via EMS or DHL.
3.What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order?
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:
Step 1 (1-3 business days): Products are collected from our factory. (Order status: Processing)
Step 2 (1-2 days): Order waits to get packaged. (Order status: Processing)
Step 3 (1 day): Order is packaged and shipped to carrier. (Order status: Completed)
Step 4 (3-14 days): Order is enroute via Post Office, EMS or DHL. (Order status: Completed)
Estimated Delivery Time:
Airmail: 10 to 25 days.
EMS: 7 to 10 days
DHL: 4 to 7 days
*Tracking Note: Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves IG and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via EMS, DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Registered Airmail packages, it takes 2 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
4.Do you ship to APO address or PO box?
Express Shipping Service couldn't ship to APO address or PO box while the HK/China airmail do. If you choose express shipping method while the address you provide is APO address or PO box, we will ask you to provide with us an normative address to make the shipment.
5.What is the declaration on the shipping label ?
For orders shipped with Airmail Service, the name of product category will be used as declaration and the declared value for most countries is between 30% to 60% of the package value. Norway/France/Demark are exceptions and use the real value. Besides, without specail requirment, invoices/receipts are never included in the packages.
6.Will I get a tracking number for my order? And how to track it?
Registered airmail and express shipping service supply tracking number for package, your package's departure status can be checked at their websites. Customers from the following countries and regions can receive the live arrival status of their orders online, when the packages arrive at their countries and regions. Returns & Replacements
1.What is the warranty policy?
SKY-Lasers.com supply 12 months against defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water, pets, children, or ‘acts of God.’ For example, if your laser pointer becomes a chew-toy, it’s not covered, we’re sorry.We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement, if needed, but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under warranty. If we replace a product for you, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or is warranted for 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever provides you with longer coverage.
2.How is the return policy?          
Please do not ship any product until your Return Merchandise Authorization is approved. To obtain an RMA, please contact our support team via email. Returns are accepted on compatible and remanufactured items for up to 30 days.  We will email you several reminders if we have not received the return package.
             Important Return Instructions:
             * Include all original contents (manuals, cables, software, etc.) Missing accessories will cause delays.
             * Products must be returned in original manufacturer packaging (Do not write on the manufacturer packaging)
             * Post the assigned rma number clearly on the outside of your box.
             * Be sure to use a reputable carrier, which provides tracking information for your protection.
             * All merchandise must be shipped prepaid and insured by the customer.
             * All non-defective returns, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
             * Any physically damaged components are not covered for warranty and will be rejected.
3.How is the replacement policy?
While we strive to provide you with quality products at a bargain, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement. Please contact our support team via email: myskylasers@gmail.com.
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer care staffs may request that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions. And you can also check our laser buying guide before place the order.
4.When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they typically arrive in 10 to 13 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
5.How are warranties handled?
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturers and not by SKY-Lasers.com, unless otherwise indicated.
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.
Ordering
1.Can I add an item to my order?
Yes, but you need to add it before your order is being packaged for shipment, and the order may be delayed by 1 or 2 days for adding the new items.
In the meantime, since shipping is free, placing a separate order may have more benefits for you.
2.If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?
Please contact us. Normally as soon as your payment is cleared, you should receive an email automatically from our server. If you're not receiving order confirmation or status emails from SKY-Lasers.com, your ISP or email software might be blocking SKY-Lasers's emails, thinking that our email is spam. In this case please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders.
3.How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
A. If you order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund ASAP.
B. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item in it's original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. Registered Airmail, DHL etc).
When returning an unwanted product for refund, it is recommended for customers to use a method of shipment with tracking number, as SKY-Lasers.com cannot be responsible for items lost due to its carrier while in transit.
C. If your item is defective, please see the refund and replacement policy instead.
Here is a quick checklist if you are returning unused and unopened products for refunding:
    The items must be unused and unopened.
    A customer service staff will inform you the actual shipping costs incurred (the non-refundable portion).
    Please note that the returning package must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery
    When your items arrive at our return office, a staff will check the product and proceed with the refund. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
Payment Methods
1.What payment methods do you accept?
SKY-Lasers.com accepts credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) online payment and Pay-Pal bill payment methods. Our secured credit cards gateway accept VISA and Mastercard Cards. You do not need to do any extra work. The checkout process is familiar and industrial standard.
2.Why is my credit card payment failed?
Payment with credit cards may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. If you are having trouble making a payment via Credit Cards, you may contact your card issuing bank directly. Sometimes there are three reason cause payment declined or failed:
- Incorrect Card Information: You need check your card number, CSV number and valid date and try it again.
- Insufficient Funds: You need check your balance and try it again
- High Risk: You need contact your card bank and confirm the authorization with them.
3.Why the amount in my bill list is different from the original price i paid?
Becasue there is a different currency exchange rate, we usually charged via HKD or RMB by our credit card system, but customers usually charged via USD, AUD, CAD or EUR. The payment will be exchanged twice, so there will be a little difference. If customer don't want to afford this difference, you can contact our customer support team to ask for a refund for this difference.

Not only do we ship our laser products worldwide, we’ll guarantee that it’ll arrive to you! While a lost or stolen package is quite rare, we’ll first work with the shipping agent to backtrack and locate your package. If we are unable to locate your order, we’ll resend your order immediately or give you a full refund.
2.30-Day Money Back Guarantee :
If you’re not satisfied with your laser for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked! The laser must be in its original packaging, in brand new condition, and undamaged. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Please contact myskylasers@gmail.com to receive the proper shipping instructions and RMA number before sending in your laser. Do not send us a laser without prior notification.
3.Power Guarantee:
We tested each laser before it is packaged and shipped to our customers. We’re a honest company that refuses to send underpowered or otherwise laser products below advertised specifications. If your laser is not as powerful or does not meet any advertised specifications, send it back to us for an exchange or full refund. We’ll cover all shipping charges.
